Vehicle preparation
Check existing vehicle batteries and advise if replacing is needed.
Remove destination gear and replace with a solid panel.
Remove front doors and replace with solid panels and window.
Check window gasket and replace if needed.
Check vehicle for leaks and repair where necessary.
Remove interior panels, seating and flooring.

Access
Supply and fit wheelchair ramps.
Level floor in the upper and lower decks.
Remove hand rails and powder coat in high visibility colour and replace.

Emergency escapes
Fit bus step to rear exit.
Escape trap at rear of upper deck with alarm fitted.
Restrict rear window and remove alarm.

Partitioning
Fit partitioning around upper stairwell .
Door fitted with vision panel to upper stairwell.
Fit sound proof partition with double doors to front of upper deck.

Heating
Supply and install combined water heater / heating to supply upper
and lower decks.

Electrics
Supply and install Fisher Panda generator to run 240v equipment
and battery charger.
Supply and fit landline socket.
Supply and fit 13amp sockets where needed.
Track lighting to be fitted throughout.
Supply and install 24v-auxilliary system including 2
batteries/ charger/ split charger and fuse box.
Intruder and fire alarm to be fitted.

Water/ storage and distribution
Hot and cold running water.
Fresh water tank - 100 litres.
Waste water tank - 100 litres.
All pipe work to be lagged.

Security
Run cables for security cameras for future reference.
Main doors to be suitably locked from inside.
All cupboards to be fitted with key locks where appropriate.
Fixtures and fittings
Units and work surfaces to be fitted in galley area. Details
to be confirmed.
Strong tables to be supplied and fitted. Materials to
match galley area.
Fixed seating with adequate storage underneath to be fitted
where specified.
Loose fitting cushions on seating.
Hearing loop to both decks to be supplied and fitted.
Notice boards and leaflet dispensers fitted where necessary.
Coat hooks fitted where necessary.
Fixed oscillating fans to be fitted to both decks.
3 x upper / 3 x lower.
2 x roof vents.
Cassette blinds fitted to upper deck windows.
All windows to be fitted with locks.
Supply and fix a secure storage cupboard.

Interior finishes
All walls to be lined in fire retardant material. ( to be agreed ).
Non slip heavy duty vinyl to lower deck floor.
Hard wearing carpet to upper deck floor.
Entry mat to be fitted.
Drivers cab and seat to be refurbished.

Safety equipment
Smoke detectors to each deck.
Fire extinguishers to be supplied and fitted where appropriate.
Fire blanket to be fitted in galley area.
Safety warning signs to be fitted where relevant.

Exterior paintwork
Design to be agreed ( metallic extra ).

Exterior fittings
New number plates supplied and fitted.
Awning to be supplied and fitted.
Two recessed exterior lights to be fitted to the N/S.
Two recessed lashing rings to be fitted to the N/S.
