Bath & North East Somerset Play bus

Dear Paul and Ian,
I know that I thanked you when you delivered the bus but I felt that
I wanted to put something in writing as well.
Everyone is absolutely thrilled with the new bus. The adults think that
it is really plush and comfortable and the kids just love it, full stop!!
And as for us workers, it has changed our lives.
You should be very proud of the service that you provide and for me,
you transformed what was starting to be a bit of a nightmare into a really
enjoyable piece of work. As a project when we were told that we had been
successful with our bid to the Community Fund, we thought that the hard
bit was over, we were just so wrong. We travelled all over the country looking at buses and trying to decide
whom to use for the conversion. We discovered that there are a lot of
sharks out there and we felt that some of the treatment we received was
because we are women.
Luckily your company was recommended to us and as soon as I met you,
I felt really confident that you would do a good job for us. It was worth
spending all those hours on the M25 to work with people that I trusted.
You listened to what I said, you really took on board what we wanted,
you didn't try to change our minds over every little thing but
you also came up with good suggestions as well.
It was brilliant that you helped us chose the actual vehicle to buy,
I know that I felt much more relaxed and confident going to the bus company
with your support and it was priceless that you arranged for your mechanic
to check it over, saving us a lot of time and effort.
The quality of your work is excellent and when you gave us a price you
stuck to it, we frequently hear horror stories of how other play bus
projects have been ripped off. You were also very quick and efficient
and completely honest if there was going to be a delay for any reason,
we really valued that.
Your communication was excellent. You kept regularly in touch with me
and yet you never made me feel uncomfortable when I phoned, even if it
was several times per day, on occasions. All in all it was an absolute
pleasure doing business with you because you are both so friendly and
easy to talk to as well as being very efficient.
